The operator of this website is VELOXITY s.r.o. (“we”, “us”). This page explains what personal data we process when you contact us via the form on this site, and what rights you have regarding it.

What data we process

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. You provide this data voluntarily in order to get in touch with us.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). We do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

Who has access to the data

We use the external service Web3Forms to technically process and deliver form submissions to our email as a data processor. We do not share your data with any other third parties. This site does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your message and contact details only for as long as needed to handle your request, for a maximum of 24 months, unless law or an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at martin@veloxity.sk.
